All workshops can be adapted to suit curriculum / organisations requirements / after-school projects and include preparatory warm ups, introduction of topic and stimulus, practical exploration, sharing and reflection. All workshops are open to professional and non professional alike. Workshop duration: from 3hrs (single session) to 1 week. workshop
1: generating material For those with an interest in experimental performance, live art and installation this workshop will: • strengthen
the imaginative vision of the performer and maker, celebrating the individual’s
instincts and impulses. workshop
2: who is afraid of the colour red? For those with an interest in experimental performance, live art, installation and colour. Drawing inspiration from fine art and performance this workshop considers theory, movement, observation, discussion and practice. Through emotional, visual and physical led vocabularies participants will explore how the colour red can define, inform, influence and alter interpretation and meaning in performative art. |
Workshops 3, 4 & 5 are flexible exploratory workshops for diverse community / minority groups, designed to increase possibilities which stimulate change and growth.
